The idea makes me think sometimes, looking at cherished possessions that find their way in and out of our lives. There are things that speak to you for a moment, and that moment can be as short as a few months to as long as a lifetime. I think they reflect something we need at that moment in time, and as we change, the need changes, and we move on.
